Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the Netherlands we offer next day delivery. Delivery times vary on international shipments.

Packages in the Netherlands are sent with Fietskoeriers, a delivery service by bike. If the cyclist do not ride to your shipping address, the package will be delivered by an electric car from DHL.

For international packages we use PostNL. Estimated delivery times for international shipping can be viewed here.

Shipping rates and estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer €6,15 flat rate shipping with next day delivery in the Netherlands.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over €60 within the Netherlands or for orders over €100 in Europe.

All of our subscription orders have free shipping in the Netherlands.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Coffee & Coconuts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@coffeeandcoconuts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund & Returns

If the received order is incorrect, please contact shop@coffeeandcoconuts.com within 7 days after receiving the package. We will respond within 5 work days and send you the correct items within 2 working days. If the incorrect received items need to be returned, Coffee & Coconuts will pay for the shipping cost.

If there is something else wrong with your order or for additional questions please contact us at shop@coffeeandcoconuts.

If you want to return received items, please contact shop@coffeeandcoconuts.com within 7 days after receiving the package. Coffee & Coconuts is not responsible for the shipping cost. All items should be unopened and in the original condition. Once we have received the returned package. The refund will be processed.

Subscriptions are paid by direct debit

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Unless we communicate otherwise, you may terminate your subscription at any time before your subscription renews by going into your account page. When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. If a subscription renewal order has already been processed (you receive an email notification when this happens), you will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
