At Coffee & Coconuts, we're on a mission to share exceptional specialty coffee without the pretension. We believe great coffee should be approachable, delicious, and accessible to everyone - what we call "specialty coffee for the common man."

Born in Amsterdam and now roasting out of IJmuiden, we travel the world seeking out coffees that excite us. We're driven by relationships - with the farmers we source from, the clients we serve, and the communities we're part of. Whether you're buying a bag online, stopping by our Amsterdam cafe or roastery for a cappuccino, or working with us as a wholesale partner, we pay attention to what you need and deliver coffee that's just right for you.

Coffee is what we love. Understanding coffee at its depths, making deliberate choices about flavor and sourcing, and sharing that passion with others is what keeps us going. We bring specialty coffee to the Netherlands one cup at a time, roasting in IJmuiden and serving from our Amsterdam cafe and roastery front.

We don't like to be in the spotlight, our marketing team made us. All jokes aside, our people are crucial for delivering the unique quality product we stand for.

Daniel

Head roaster with 20 years of coffee experience across Africa, Central America, and Southeast Asia. Daniel believes in understanding coffee deeply and making every choice deliberately, from sourcing to roasting to brewing.

Jesus

From Peru, Jesus is our friendly, energetic delivery driver and roaster. Full of energy and charm, he's the warm face of Coffee & Coconuts for many of our clients.

Valeria

Expert roaster and cupper from Venezuela who started as a barista and has become a cornerstone of our coffee team. Valeria's passion for coffee shows in every batch she roasts and every cup she evaluates.

Tim

From France, Tim recently joined the roastery team and is diving into the craft of coffee roasting. Easy-going, friendly, and sharp, he's bringing fresh energy to our operations.

Jasper

Founder and owner who loves cafe Americanos and adventure. Jasper is hands-on in every aspect of the business and brings his world-traveling, outdoorsy energy to everything we do.

With all this talk about coffee, one would almost forget that we have a beautiful all-day cafe ran by a lovely bunch of people.
