Refund & Returns

If the received order is incorrect, please contact shop@coffeeandcoconuts.com within 7 days after receiving the package. We will respond within 5 work days and send you the correct items within 2 working days. If the incorrect received items need to be returned, Coffee & Coconuts will pay for the shipping cost.

If there is something else wrong with your order or for additional questions please contact us at shop@coffeeandcoconuts.

If you want to return received items, please contact shop@coffeeandcoconuts.com within 7 days after receiving the package. Coffee & Coconuts is not responsible for the shipping cost. All items should be unopened and in the original condition. Once we have received the returned package, the refund will be processed.
